Please read the following before booking with Mile Bank Farm:
1. A deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay is required to secure a booking, this is non
refundable and non transferable
2. Please check availability before submitting a booking form
3. Payment by cheque please to “Mile Bank Farm”
4. Full payment for your stay is required on your arrival. This can be either a cheque with guarantee
card or cash
5. No refunds will be given
6. Arrival time is between 5pm and 9pm. If you are unable to arrive by 5pm please telephone us to
confirm that you are on your way. We will otherwise re-book the room if we can.
7. Departure time is 10am
8. Dogs are welcome at Mile Bank Farm provided they are kept on a short lead and do not cause a
nuisance by their behaviour. All dog foul must be cleaned up and placed in the bins provided.
