The double/family bedrooms and
the twin bedrooms all feature:-

~ tea and coffee making facilities
~ hairdryer
~ alarm clock radio
~ colour television
~ familly room has en-suite bathroom
plus ajoining twin bedded room
One of the twin rooms has a walk in
shower room suitable for the disabled.
A cot is available on request.
The lounge looks out onto open
fields and the courtyard. It also has
a colour TV for the sole use of
guests throughout their stay.
Traditional full English breakfast is
served in the breakfast room where
there are French doors leading to a
patio with garden furniture for guests
to use.
All guests are offered tea and home
made cakes on arrival.
